What a sad weekend:
only 20% of the internet is available at my home (only?) since friday morning, due to mysterious DNS problems at the pink giant… Their hotline is also incapable of solving my problem - my fault for hoping they could.
They think it’s either my router, my DSL modem, my internet settings or my DSL port - a problem on their side is out of the question! How rude.
Don’t know what to do now, or how long to wait for everything getting back to normal.
